About the EVS33 Juried Paper Program
A pillar of the EVS series is a rigorous peer-reviewed papers process that has been helping to grow the world’s library of scholarship covering research, market and government activities across all fields of electric drive since 1969.
The Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA), host and organizer of the event, made the unfortunate but necessary decision to cancel the EVS33, originally scheduled for June 2020 in Portland, Oregon, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. EVS33 organizers recognize the significant contribution of time and expertise by authors and expert reviewers. The juried paper process for EVS33 was completed before the unavoidable event cancellation.
We believe this work is critically important to the advancement of electric mobility worldwide and should be available to the public.
Authors of accepted EVS33 papers could elect to have EDTA publish their papers in 2020 as peer-reviewed conference papers, transfer the abstract to EVS34 to present their findings in person or to withdraw their paper entirely for publishing elsewhere. This library contains the accepted papers belonging to authors that elected to have their work published by EDTA in 2020.
This open access library includes peer reviewed conference papers published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License. Under this license, authors retain copyright to their work while allowing publications to be reused and redistributed in any medium or format, provided that the original author(s), EDTA and EVS33 are all properly and simultaneously attributed. Authors have agreed to to EVS33 publishing terms and policies. This collection has also been published in the Zenodo repository, curated by EDTA within a community specific to EVS33. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is included for each paper in the Zenodo Community.
